Web Community Resource Networks (formerly "Nirv Centre" and also known as "Web Networks" or simply "Web") is a Canadian non-profit organization founded in 1987 to assist socially minded individuals and organizations using Internet tools to support their mission. Web Networks was a founding member of the Association for Progressive Communications. Current activities include an international blogging community (topics include (cycling ), (celebrities ), (sexual health ), (creativity ), (coffee ) and others) providing website development and hosting services to hundreds of Canadian non-government organizations (NGOs), unions, and social entrepreneurs, including the New Democratic Party of Canada, as well as supporting Canada's Inuit people in Nunavut view and publish the Inuktitut language on web pages (in partnership with the Pirurvik Centre).
